I know that is not the title of an entry that most people would expect to see on a spiritual blog. But I ask why not? One does not have to dig very deep to find that Christmas is not purely a Christian holiday. Christians merrily found it convenient to celebrate the birth of Jesus during this time as the rest of the world and other traditions where enjoying their various winter celebrations. But I am not going to go on and on about the history of Christmas.
That can be found very easily with the simple use of a search engine - History of Christmas.
This website has some good information on it as well - The Real Story of Christmas.
I think we should celebrate the season for our own reasons. It is a great time of the year to reflect on the self and on the god within all of us. In the northern hemisphere this time year we are receiving the least amount of energy and information from the universe. Being that our star, the Sun, is the most dominate source of energy for us. More information on the changes in energy and the seasons can be found in the module Unbond.
Just like Scandinavians celebrated the return of the sun this time of the year. We can celebrate the return of the source. What better way to prepare ourselves for the return then to reflect the self and maybe even renew our practices that may have been slipping. In preparation for the increased energy levels that are soon to come. Just like the Christians of old the best way to remember to celebrate this is to do it during an already established tradition. That way the whole world is your reminder.
Namaste and Merry Christmas Everyone,
Chris

Tin Man
I have gotten about half way through the mini series called Tin Man. So far I think it is a get movie for a person of spiritual interest to watch. It was aired in the SciFi channel a couple of weeks ago. I recorded it on my DVR and I am just getting to it. I am not sure when or if it is going to be rebroadcast but I have found out that it is going to be released in DVD in March 2008.
The mini series is based off of "The Wizard of OZ", as far as I can tell so far it seems to take place after the original. It contains a lot of good themes that a person studying the Higher Balance materials can really get into. I am going to hold off doing a full review until I have finished watching it but so far so good. Check it out if you can. I am sure if someone looked hard enough they could find it on the Internet somewhere. It is 6 hours long in broadcast time so even minus the commercials it is still pretty long.

My Navigator & Time Stepping
This past weekend I was outside putting up Christmas lights along the roof of my garage. After all the strings were put up I plug them in to find the one of strings was only partly working. It had worked just fine until I put it up.
Well first thing to check is to see if one of the bulbs is out. Not really that fun to do hanging over the edge of the roof. I grabbed an extra bulb and climbed back on to the roof and started to check the bulbs one by one. This is a good time to mention that this string of lights are colored. I cycle of four different colors down the length of the string. I got tried of this process very quickly then I notice this. Crap now I am going to have to go back down and grab the right colored bulb once I find the bad light.
I looked at the extra bulb I had to see that it was a red one. I had the thought that I should just trust myself that I grabbed the right bulb and just check the red bulbs.
So I did.
I was right! Another 4 or 5 red bulbs down the string I switched out a red bulb for the new one and the whole string lit up! I managed to turn checking 16 to 20 bulbs into 4 or 5. I wish I would have thought to feel this out earlier.
When I got off the roof time stepping popped into my head so I sat down and quickly sent back to grab a red bulb and only check the red ones to myself.
I definately think that by listening to my navigator and receiving a little information from my my future self was at play in those events.

Increase Awareness
Well it has been a while since I posted. It have been pretty busy lately and with Thanksgiving thrown into the mix I just haven't found time to post. But now I am back. I have been working on the exercises that I posted last week have have noticed a few things I thought I would share.
I have been listen to Reverse Engineering the Self and doing the Middle Pillar exercise that my Star Reach coach told me about. In doing so my awareness has increased. As in I notice more about my surroundings. Driving around town I notice things like a tourist that has never seen them before. Everything has a crisp newest about it. I notice different smells then I ever remember and they are stronger. I have mentioned before how the stars and the moon seem brighter and more dynamic this has increase as well. I have been finding myself getting stuck just looking at and feeling out a single star. The only thing that pulls me away is the fact that it has been frigging cold outside. I really have been enjoying this new awareness but I have a feeling that it is just the beginning.

Auras
I just got out of a 3 hour meeting that involved presentations from several different people. At only had a passing interest in what was going on so I started to work on seeing peoples auras. It is a good exercise that I don't have the opportunity to do every often. It present itself and I was having some success. Nothing major but solid results. I even got to the point where I got see one person's aura overlap another person further back in the room. It was kind of cool to see.
After doing this for awhile I must have shifted a little bit because I started to get a feel for the mood in the room. I put out a feeler with the intent to see what people where thinking about this presentation. Two different times my attention was pulled toward two different people. Both times those people asked questions at the next pause in the presentation. Once they had a question their energy change enough that I was able to pick up on it. At least that is the explanation I came up with. I guess you could say that I was scanning the room on a subtle level.
That's all I have to share for now,
Namaste,
Chris

Reflecting on the Self
Well it took me a day to get back. Other pressing needs kept me away yesterday. I still want to share the other exercise that Dan shared with me during my Star Reach call. The exercise involves finding your middle pillar, your true self, focusing on it. How does one find their true self you might ask? I will try and explain the best I can.
When ever we meet a new person or maybe run into someone we haven't seen for awhile we instinctively feel them out. Most people only do this subconsciously and are unaware they are doing. The information you usually get from feeling this person out is what kind of mood that person is in. Emotions and the easiest to pick up on. You can also pick up on the true frequency of a person as well. Have you ever had a random person pop into your head and then moments later either run into them somewhere or receive a phone call from them. This is you sensing that persons frequency and trying to give you a heads up.
So now we know that we can feel out other people and pick up their frequency. What happens when we turn that same process inward? When we turn it inward we feel out and find our true self hidden within.
Now that we have found and felt out our true self; what do we do now? You feed it energy and expand it giving it greater strength. You do this just like you learned in High Guard. Instead of filling the pyramid with chi and heart chakra energy for protection you feed that inner spark that is your true self and you expanded it outward into a pyramid that completely encompasses you. You keep filling the pyramid until it is so full of the energy and frequency of your true self that if you visualized it you wouldn't be able to see in or out of it.
The purpose if the exercise is to become and empower our true self. In the process we also become aware of the personality traits that are ours but our ones that we have picked up from surrounds and environment and assumed them as our own. Higher Balance calls the false identities "I's". We care many I's around with us and use them to deal with different situations as they come up. I don't really know much but I's and the middle pillar, your true self, but I am expecting Reverse Engineering the Self in the mail shortly as my new module from the month. I have heard that this is an amazing class and I can hardly wait to divide into it.
That is all I have for now. I hope you enjoy and even try out the two exercises this month along with me. I would love to hear what others might experience while trying these out.
Namaste,
Chris

The Imaginary Student
Well after a long weekend I am back here at work. Avoiding doing the work I should be doing because I just can't get back into the grove after have the last 3.5 days off. My wife and I got some good work done in the kitchen of our house. We are doing some updating and refinishing that is very much needed in there.
I had a good Star Reach call with Dan on Thursday. We talked in length on a couple of subjects. The first being on teaching. Dan mentioned that he had a realisation after listening to the module Alisone, listen to it free. There is a part where Eric says, "To know what God is, is to be able to truly serve God." Now if we can get the stigma of the word god we really have something here. The word god is replaceable with the universe, the force, or whatever else you would like to call it. It all means the same thing. It is the main source so to speak. Being able to serve god, the universe, the force, the source is of the highest honors and priorities. One of the easiest ways to serve is to teach. Well not all of us have students to teach or are even in a position or place in our lives to teach. Dan shared a little trick with me to get around this. It is something that Eric was including to in Akashic Records, A Dummy and You. In that module Eric reads a passage from a book, Trialogues at the Edge of the West. In that passage a ventriloquist explains that when he speaks with his dummy in private that dummy always replies with the most profound answers that he himself could never have come up with or knew himself before hand. Pretty amazing when you really think about. He tricked his brain into opening a door into the Akashic Records by talking through a ventriloquist. Thus receiving the answers he was looking for. What Dan suggested to me was what he called the Imaginary Student. Teach an imaginary student but fill both rolls ask the questions as the student then switch hats so to speak and answer as the teacher. Dan told me that this was something that he used to do every often but had it slip away. He himself has said that in the short time that he began teaching for Higher Balance he has more realisations and awakings then in any time period before. The reason being that the more time you spend reflecting on the subject of spirituality the more knowledge the universe gifts back to you. You can slip into the Akashic by reflecting. How cool is that? Even as I write here I get floods of information that hit me all at once but I could never type fast enough to keep with it. It is almost instant knowledge that needs to be reflected on in order to make it real to yourself. So I am going to be working on teaching my imaginary student. There are a lot of good times to work on this without appearing crazy to the people around you. If you commute to work, talk as if they are sitting next to you in the car. Any time you find yourself alone you can sit and talk to yourself. This doesn't always have to be out loud though. Have a conversation with yourself in your head. This is something I do quite a bit so I am pretty good at it. Start a blog!! To share a subject with others you have to reflect on the subject in order to share it. I have noticed that I reflect a lot more these days. Mostly on what I would like to hare with all that spot and read this blog.
I have to run now but I promise I will be back with the second exercise that Dan gave me.
Until then,
Namaste,
Chris

A Lot to Cover
I have a Star Reach call tomorrow and after looking back at some of my posts I have a lot to go over with my coach. Hope we can cover everything that has been going on and still get to some new stuff. It was on his recommedation that I start a journal of some kind to keep track of things that happen and questions that I may have. The doh has a way of washing these experiences, thoughts and insights from your mind. Well I tried writing things down in a compodsition book but I have the worst hand writing that is even worse when I was in a hurry. So I often found myself going back to read what I had down and not being able to make sense of it. I saw that there where a few other navigators out there that had personal blogs outside of the HBI website so I thought I would give it a try. So far I have really been enjoying this format.

Healing Knee Pain
Well I have gotten a chance to practice some more healing on myself. After 10 years of abusing my body playing football my knees are not as healthy as they could be for a guy my age. In my right knee I have some lose cartilage that gets out of place from time to time. When it does let's just say that it is pretty painful.
Why don't I go have the surgery to get it fixed? Well that's a good question but I have my reasons. Main one is that I am allergic to one of the main carries they use to give people the anaesthetic. It would result in a mild case of death for me. So even armed with that allergy they can use other carriers but it still makes me nervous. Second this happens once maybe twice a year at the most. I can deal with a day or two of pain once or twice a year if it means if it keeps me from going under the knife and know I am armed with some new tricks in the bag to speed up the healing. Hopefully I can get it to heal itself completely one day.
Back to the story at hand. I was in bed Monday night and woke up to my knee throbbing. The fact that it was 4:00am I just hobbled to the bathroom and took some IB's and went back to bed to try and get a few more hours of sleep. I ended up sleeping in and not getting a change to do much of anything before I went to work. I had to go to Bozeman, a hour and a half drive, that afternoon for a training class. So I sat in a car for 3 hours total and spent 4 hours in a cramped hotel conference room. I did work on moving some energy through my knee while I was in the class but I was distracted and didn't want to draw attention to myself. I also did some work on seeing auras while I was there which was good.
By the time I got home for the night I could barley walk on that leg. I sat down and ate some dinner with my wife then went and got in a extended meditation. Sitting in a chair, a half lotus was not happening with me knee, I got a pretty good meditation in an manage to collect a fair amount of energy. afterwards went and join my wife in the living room, laid down on the couch and propped knee up with some pillows and put a bag of ice on it. She was watching TV and was going to catch up on the HBI Navigator Site when I decided to applied what is taught on The Art of Healing: White Fire module. It is one of the new modules that I have been listen to this week as part of my Star Reach program.
I laid my head back and started to feel the difference between my good knee and the one that was hurting. Getting a feel for the blue print of what a health knee feels like. I then focused the feeling of the healthy knee on to the one that was hurting. All the same time visualizing what a health knee looks like in my head. I am sure that it helps I am pretty familiar with human anatomy. After awhile I started to feel a faint tingling sensation in my knee. The tingling got stronger and stronger the longer I held on to the intent. It soon turned into a sort of throbbing that extended up and down my leg from the knee. It kind of got a little too intense for me after that and started to hurt so I backed off and let the sensations fade away. I continued to ice it on and off for the rest of the evening not getting up off the couch. Time to head for bed so stood up off the couch and tested my weight a little bit to see how it felt. It was still a little tender but much improved. I managed to get down the hall a little way when a loud pop came from my knee. It didn't hurt or anything but it froze me in my tracks. My wife comes out to make sure I was okay. Yes it was loud enough for her to hear from the bathroom a little further down the hall. I picked up my leg and flexed my knee a few times. Nothing! It felt great! I crawled into bed and had a undisturbed night of sleep! As expected it was still a little sore this morning when I got up but it felt a hundred time better then it did the previous morning. I have been walking without even a limp today. So I am going to give it another session of treatment tonight to send the last bit a inflamtion running and be back to my old self in no time at all.

Fall Withdrawl
and the.....
Another good place for information on energy movement is Robert Bruce. His NEW Energy Ways is free to read off his website and goes into great depths explaining and the energy pathways in the body as well as a technique on getting energy to move freely through them. I have used his methods for a couple of years and have found them very beneficial. So it is time to dig those modules back out and give them another listen and start using some of Robert Bruce's energy movements again. I'll let you know how it all works out.
Namaste,
Chris

"What is Enlightenment?"
Well after a few days of absence I am back. I took a few to gather some thoughts and I got some motivation from a friend and the HBI Navigator site. I am going to hit you with only one of the topics and save the other for tomorrow. My thoughts aren't quite in order or complete yet. I also added a new video of Eric Pepin talking to a group of students in Colorado. It can be found on YouTube but I thought I would put it here for the easy of finding it.
Immanule Kant
An Answer to the Question: "What is Enlightenment?"
Konigsberg in Prussia, 30th September, 1784.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-incurred immaturity. Immaturity is the inability to use one's own understanding without the guidance of another. This immaturity is self-incurred if its cause is not lack of understanding, but lack of resolution and courage to use it without the guidance of another. The motto of enlightenment is therefore: Sapere aude! Have courage to use your own understanding!"
You can read the whole essay that the quote is from here:
"What is Enlightenment?"
I found this quote in a blog by an old friend from high school. He is currently in London studying Buddhist Ethics. The whole entry has some good stuff in it even if I don't entirely agree with his interpretation. Enlightenment? First Königsburg
I think I am in agreement with Allen W. Wood's thoughts on the subject to a point. We as humans often learn from our mistakes. It is also said that what we dislike in others is what we dislike in ourselves. I would think that this would be amplified in a person that spend a lot of time reflecting on one's self as most philosophers do. So I would say what is more important? The conclusion that someone comes to or the mistakes or personality flaws that they came from. Now I do agree with Justin when he says, "that a philosopher's life must have something to do with his/her philosophy. After all, how can one tell us the nature of the world having never experienced it, or how to live having led a terrible life?" All expect that last part anyway. Experience is vital. It is what this dimension is all about. One cannot teach what one has no experience with. Now I disagree that experience has to be a positive one. An example of not how to to live your life is every bit and informative and an example of how to live your life. It is just the other side of the coin if you ask me.
Just because a good idea comes from a bad person doesn't make the idea bad. Eric Pepin can be quoted saying, "Don't put me on a pedistal because I am going to fall off. Then I will be mad that you put me there in the first place." This comes from a man who has taken on the burden of teaching mystic knowledge to who every is willing to learn. He knows that no one, including himself, is prefect. Everyone has done things that they are not proud of. I think that is what Alleen W. Wood was trying to point out. If we start judging the man we may fall victum to judging his philosophy under the same light and we may miss the forest for the trees.
Namaste,
Chris

Portals and Making Peace
I got some good feedback from Matt Struve over on the HBI Navigator Forum. I have provided a link to it but to have to be a member to view it. To become a member you need to own The Foundation Set.
Matt says he will soon be posting a similar experience they all had on their RV trip at Eric Pepin’s: Multi-Dimensional Consciousness. There is also a link to that blog on the left.
I guess you could call this Part 3.
I had a really long day yesterday. It is suppose to start snowing today I so had to get some yard work that I have been putting off done. Anyway, by the time I crawled into bed I just wanted to sleep. I was wiped out and just wanted to crash when I started to wonder if my visitor from last night was still around. I took a couple of deep breaths and felt out the room. Definitely some there with me. I reflected on what Matt posted earlier and tried to feel the emotions in the room. There seemed to be an uneasiness in the room. It's hard to explain. It almost felt like the feeling you get when you are around a scared animal that is unsure of what is going on. So I decided to try and make friends so to speak. I broadcasted a loving feeling and kind of let it know that I won't do anything to it as long as it nice back. I think I got the message across because after a little while I could feel it on me so to speak. Kind of a warm embrace almost cuddling feeling. Now that I think about it reminds me a little of what Baard Williams wrote about when he stayed at Eric's house the other night, A Little Care Bear Entity. I just enjoyed it for a little while and fell asleep. I woke up very refreshed this morning and I don't have any dreams that I remember either.
Anyone every had an entity stick around before?
Namaste Everyone,
Chris

Portals and Nightmares
Part 1
I as was laying in bed last night I started to focus on the energy in the room it seemed smoother then normal if that makes any sense. Let me try and explain it better. I usually see energy as a very static like a TV without a signal, very jagged. Last night it appeared more like wispy fog or something like that. While I was watching it I kind of got a feeling for and started to move it around a little. Next idea that popped into my head was to try to make a portal again. So I focused on a spot directed energy from the room and my heart chakra at it. It was pretty cool it be able to see the energy collect in one area. I did this for a little while and was starting to lose interest when I heard a noise. It sounded like something moved in the attic. Oh my spot was on the ceiling. Even made my dog jump awake and bark. After convincing myself it was just the house shifting I dissipated the energy, put a pyramid around the spot I was focusing on just in case, and rolled over to go to sleep.
Part 2
While I was asleep I was dreaming about nothing in particular when things started to get weird. Things got violent and kind of hellish. I was able to take a step back and gain control and make it stop but it would return and I would have to do it all over again. This happened 3 or 4 time I believe. So I was in the shower this morning going over last nights dreams like I normally do. Not being able to make any sense of them I remembered what I was doing before I went to bed. Now I can't help but wonder if I did manage to get a portal open and something came through and that was messing with me in my dreams. So I thought I would present this here to see what everyone thinks.
Namaste,
Chris

Art of Healing and Energy Beings
Shortly after my last Star Reach call I received this months modules The Art of Healing and Energy Beings. Both are great CD's. In the last couple of months I had a wart show up on my wrist. In Art of Healing Eric talks about how he kills warts so I tried the method out. Within a couple of days the top part of the wart died and fell off. The skin underneath is starting to smooth over and heal. Pretty cool if you ask me. I am also working on resting my body to the correct blue print. Now I just need to find the damn button...he he he. Just kidding.
I kind of come from a healing/energy movement background with my dad studying just about any type of energy healing he could find. He was gracious enough to share what he was learning with me and teach me at a very young age. It was this background that sent me on my search for something more. What is behind all this energy and where does it come from? What I found was Higher Balance and now I have come complete circle now learning the first step in healing as taught by HBI.
Energy Beings has more then once giving me chills down my spine. As always Eric is really good at painting a picture in your mind. Some of his stores sent chills down my spine and goose bumps on my arm. The creeper part come after I listen to it. As I was reflecting on what he was saying a couple of old experiences from my past resurfaced. They scared the crap out of me when I was a kid and they were chopped up to being dreams or my imagination but now I am not so sure. I will leave those stories for another time.
At the bottom of the page there are some videos from Higher Balance that can be seen on YouTube. There are many more that can be seen by going to YouTube and searching Higher Balance Institute. There is a whole series of Eric talking about the paranormal and different hot spots around the country. It is definitely worth the watch and listen.

The Moon and Stars
It has been a pretty relaxing weekend for me. My wife had to work Saturday morning so I had the first part of the day to myself. To take advantage of this I did an extended meditation that morning listening to the Elan meditation CD. After that I watched the Warriors Wanted DVD. It was a nice way to start the weekend. A nice little energy boost! Later I got some more yard work done. I have way too many trees to take care of.
A couple of thing that I have noticed this weekend. The first could be from the fact that I had my energy up pretty high. I have been asked twice by two different friends about meditating and energy movement. Both people I would have never imagined would be interested. I guess I shouldn't judge too soon. I was more then happy to discuss and answer questions for them.
The other observation is at night. As the hours of darkest increase each day. I have noticed that the stars and the moon seem a lot brighter and closer. I can sit out in the backyard at night and get completely lost looking into the sky. I think my focus is improving as well. Last night I was looking at the stars when one caught my attention. When I started to focus on it seemed like it was the only star in the sky. It encompassed my whole vision. It was a neat experience. A little bit later that evening I was kicking myself thinking that I should have tried to project myself out to that star. There was definitely something that was drawing me too it. Makes me wonder what would have happened if I would have completely opened myself up to it. Maybe next time I guess.
Namaste everyone,
Chris

Red & White Cells
Well I guess I need to explain a little before you will under stand the title of this entry. Higher Balance teaches that we as humans are a functional part of the planet working for. Much like blood cells work for our bodies. As we all know we have two different kinds of blood cells on our system, red cells and white cells.
Red cells kind of do the daily grind. They transport oxygen and other nurtients to all parts of the body and also move any contaminates and waste. Without them the body would not be able to function.
White cells on the other hand have another purpose. They attack any intruder that enters the body that means to do harm. They are the gaurdians of the body.
Now we take a step back and look at the planet. There are two types of humans as well. The red cell that goes about daliy life doing whatever he is compelled to do. Red cells live entirely in this dimension without interest or knowledge in the dimensions or worlds beyond this one.
Then there are white cells, just like in the body, that are here to protect the planet. I am not talking about enviromentlist but speaking on more of an energy level. It is the job of the white cell to be ready to protect that planet from anything that maybe try and harm it.
There is a lot more on this in the book Handbook of the Navigator, the module The Source Realized, and the DVD Warriors Wanted - Apply Here. Of course you need to have purchase The Foundation Set before you can move on to the other modules but you can download the book for free and even buy it at your local bookstore.
So all of that to tell you that yesterday was pretty much a red cell day. More on that in the next post.

A Red Cell Day
Thursdays for the last seven weeks have meant taking Barley, my dog, to obedience class. It has been good for both of us but I am glad the next week is the last class. It was at 8:00 in the evening which is kind of late to start an hour long class. Especially for a seven month old puppy and normally poops out around that time of day.
I did some work on my aquariums I have a small 5.5 gallon in our office and a 75 gallon in the living room. They are both planted aquariums. That is I grow live plants in both. The 5.5 gallon is home to small freshwater shrimp called Red Cherry Shrimp and some snails. The harvest the snails out from time to time and feed them to my five Clown Loaches in the 75 gallon. Both tanks had become over grown and where in serve need of cleaning. After cleaning out the filter for the 75 gallon and getting it back together I realized that it won't seal entirely anymore. Not cool. These canister filter are not cheap. After looking at the two pet stores in town looks like I am ordering parts off the Internet to get it working again. Oh well what can you do. Here are a few pictures of the two aquariums after the clean up.

Health Screening
There was a free health screening today down in the auditorium today for all employees. It is nice to know that all the preliminary stuff shows that my body is still running well. I get blood work results in a week or two that show a more in depth look into my health. I am definitely feeling a lot healthier these days. I made a New Year's resolution to get back in shape because I was pushing 210 pounds. Well today I weighed in at 177 lbs. Not too bad if I do say so myself. I didn't happen on its own though. I worked out pretty hard in the spring and summer. I also started to keep a better eye on what I eat.
Meditating
Between that and meditating twice a day with a Water of Life session added in for good measure I shouldn't be that surprised. The two practices kind of go hand in hand if you ask me. Lifting, running, and stretching is a workout for the body. While meditating is a workout for your energy body. One of the first benefits most people notice when they are meditating is improved health and feeling of well being. Goes to show how closely tied together our physical and energy bodies are tied together.
I was lazy yesterday and didn't do my Water of Life after work or my evening meditation but my meditation this morning felt great all the same. I felt a real strong connection with my lower chakra. It felt like the prana was swelling from that spot so much that it over took my whole body. This is not the first time that it happen but it feels amazing each time it does. Now I just need to keep moment going.
Energy Cleansing
There has been talk on the HBI, Higher Balance Institute, Navigator Forum about placing salt blocks in the corners of your house to cleanse all the energy within and to an extent without. I have been thinking about giving this a try. My wife and I have been living in our new house for almost a year now and I can still feel the previous owners energies. Maybe this will speed up the process of their energy leaving and give a all around good energy scrub to the place. Eric Pepin talks about this in the module The Ties That Bind. You can listen or download it for free if you click on the link. There is a lot of other free recordings on that page as well.

Introduction
Well I am starting a personal blog of my own. My wife and I have a joint one on MSN Spaces that covers our life together but there is much more to me then what ends up on those pages.
I am going to use this blog to document and share my spiritual growth and evolution. I have been a participant of the Higher Balance Institute for the last 2 plus years and earlier this year became a student in the Star Reach Program.
I am going to try and stay pretty active with this site. Keeping it updated with my recent insights and experiences. I hope that in writing these types of thing down they will not be lost to me later on. As I have learned in my time with Higher Balance some of the greatest experience are quickly washed from the mind by our internal govern and the dominate tonal of the planet; also know as the "DOH". More on that later I am sure.
