Well it has been a while since I posted. It have been pretty busy lately and with Thanksgiving thrown into the mix I just haven't found time to post. But now I am back. I have been working on the exercises that I posted last week have have noticed a few things I thought I would share.
I have been listen to Reverse Engineering the Self and doing the Middle Pillar exercise that my Star Reach coach told me about. In doing so my awareness has increased. As in I notice more about my surroundings. Driving around town I notice things like a tourist that has never seen them before. Everything has a crisp newest about it. I notice different smells then I ever remember and they are stronger. I have mentioned before how the stars and the moon seem brighter and more dynamic this has increase as well. I have been finding myself getting stuck just looking at and feeling out a single star. The only thing that pulls me away is the fact that it has been frigging cold outside. I really have been enjoying this new awareness but I have a feeling that it is just the beginning.

Auras
I just got out of a 3 hour meeting that involved presentations from several different people. At only had a passing interest in what was going on so I started to work on seeing peoples auras. It is a good exercise that I don't have the opportunity to do every often. It present itself and I was having some success. Nothing major but solid results. I even got to the point where I got see one person's aura overlap another person further back in the room. It was kind of cool to see.
After doing this for awhile I must have shifted a little bit because I started to get a feel for the mood in the room. I put out a feeler with the intent to see what people where thinking about this presentation. Two different times my attention was pulled toward two different people. Both times those people asked questions at the next pause in the presentation. Once they had a question their energy change enough that I was able to pick up on it. At least that is the explanation I came up with. I guess you could say that I was scanning the room on a subtle level.
That's all I have to share for now,
Namaste,
Chris

Reflecting on the Self
Well it took me a day to get back. Other pressing needs kept me away yesterday. I still want to share the other exercise that Dan shared with me during my Star Reach call. The exercise involves finding your middle pillar, your true self, focusing on it. How does one find their true self you might ask? I will try and explain the best I can.
When ever we meet a new person or maybe run into someone we haven't seen for awhile we instinctively feel them out. Most people only do this subconsciously and are unaware they are doing. The information you usually get from feeling this person out is what kind of mood that person is in. Emotions and the easiest to pick up on. You can also pick up on the true frequency of a person as well. Have you ever had a random person pop into your head and then moments later either run into them somewhere or receive a phone call from them. This is you sensing that persons frequency and trying to give you a heads up.
So now we know that we can feel out other people and pick up their frequency. What happens when we turn that same process inward? When we turn it inward we feel out and find our true self hidden within.
Now that we have found and felt out our true self; what do we do now? You feed it energy and expand it giving it greater strength. You do this just like you learned in High Guard. Instead of filling the pyramid with chi and heart chakra energy for protection you feed that inner spark that is your true self and you expanded it outward into a pyramid that completely encompasses you. You keep filling the pyramid until it is so full of the energy and frequency of your true self that if you visualized it you wouldn't be able to see in or out of it.
The purpose if the exercise is to become and empower our true self. In the process we also become aware of the personality traits that are ours but our ones that we have picked up from surrounds and environment and assumed them as our own. Higher Balance calls the false identities "I's". We care many I's around with us and use them to deal with different situations as they come up. I don't really know much but I's and the middle pillar, your true self, but I am expecting Reverse Engineering the Self in the mail shortly as my new module from the month. I have heard that this is an amazing class and I can hardly wait to divide into it.
That is all I have for now. I hope you enjoy and even try out the two exercises this month along with me. I would love to hear what others might experience while trying these out.
Namaste,
Chris

The Imaginary Student
Well after a long weekend I am back here at work. Avoiding doing the work I should be doing because I just can't get back into the grove after have the last 3.5 days off. My wife and I got some good work done in the kitchen of our house. We are doing some updating and refinishing that is very much needed in there.
I had a good Star Reach call with Dan on Thursday. We talked in length on a couple of subjects. The first being on teaching. Dan mentioned that he had a realisation after listening to the module Alisone, listen to it free. There is a part where Eric says, "To know what God is, is to be able to truly serve God." Now if we can get the stigma of the word god we really have something here. The word god is replaceable with the universe, the force, or whatever else you would like to call it. It all means the same thing. It is the main source so to speak. Being able to serve god, the universe, the force, the source is of the highest honors and priorities. One of the easiest ways to serve is to teach. Well not all of us have students to teach or are even in a position or place in our lives to teach. Dan shared a little trick with me to get around this. It is something that Eric was including to in Akashic Records, A Dummy and You. In that module Eric reads a passage from a book, Trialogues at the Edge of the West. In that passage a ventriloquist explains that when he speaks with his dummy in private that dummy always replies with the most profound answers that he himself could never have come up with or knew himself before hand. Pretty amazing when you really think about. He tricked his brain into opening a door into the Akashic Records by talking through a ventriloquist. Thus receiving the answers he was looking for. What Dan suggested to me was what he called the Imaginary Student. Teach an imaginary student but fill both rolls ask the questions as the student then switch hats so to speak and answer as the teacher. Dan told me that this was something that he used to do every often but had it slip away. He himself has said that in the short time that he began teaching for Higher Balance he has more realisations and awakings then in any time period before. The reason being that the more time you spend reflecting on the subject of spirituality the more knowledge the universe gifts back to you. You can slip into the Akashic by reflecting. How cool is that? Even as I write here I get floods of information that hit me all at once but I could never type fast enough to keep with it. It is almost instant knowledge that needs to be reflected on in order to make it real to yourself. So I am going to be working on teaching my imaginary student. There are a lot of good times to work on this without appearing crazy to the people around you. If you commute to work, talk as if they are sitting next to you in the car. Any time you find yourself alone you can sit and talk to yourself. This doesn't always have to be out loud though. Have a conversation with yourself in your head. This is something I do quite a bit so I am pretty good at it. Start a blog!! To share a subject with others you have to reflect on the subject in order to share it. I have noticed that I reflect a lot more these days. Mostly on what I would like to hare with all that spot and read this blog.
I have to run now but I promise I will be back with the second exercise that Dan gave me.
Until then,
Namaste,
Chris

A Lot to Cover
I have a Star Reach call tomorrow and after looking back at some of my posts I have a lot to go over with my coach. Hope we can cover everything that has been going on and still get to some new stuff. It was on his recommedation that I start a journal of some kind to keep track of things that happen and questions that I may have. The doh has a way of washing these experiences, thoughts and insights from your mind. Well I tried writing things down in a compodsition book but I have the worst hand writing that is even worse when I was in a hurry. So I often found myself going back to read what I had down and not being able to make sense of it. I saw that there where a few other navigators out there that had personal blogs outside of the HBI website so I thought I would give it a try. So far I have really been enjoying this format.

Healing Knee Pain
Well I have gotten a chance to practice some more healing on myself. After 10 years of abusing my body playing football my knees are not as healthy as they could be for a guy my age. In my right knee I have some lose cartilage that gets out of place from time to time. When it does let's just say that it is pretty painful.
Why don't I go have the surgery to get it fixed? Well that's a good question but I have my reasons. Main one is that I am allergic to one of the main carries they use to give people the anaesthetic. It would result in a mild case of death for me. So even armed with that allergy they can use other carriers but it still makes me nervous. Second this happens once maybe twice a year at the most. I can deal with a day or two of pain once or twice a year if it means if it keeps me from going under the knife and know I am armed with some new tricks in the bag to speed up the healing. Hopefully I can get it to heal itself completely one day.
Back to the story at hand. I was in bed Monday night and woke up to my knee throbbing. The fact that it was 4:00am I just hobbled to the bathroom and took some IB's and went back to bed to try and get a few more hours of sleep. I ended up sleeping in and not getting a change to do much of anything before I went to work. I had to go to Bozeman, a hour and a half drive, that afternoon for a training class. So I sat in a car for 3 hours total and spent 4 hours in a cramped hotel conference room. I did work on moving some energy through my knee while I was in the class but I was distracted and didn't want to draw attention to myself. I also did some work on seeing auras while I was there which was good.
By the time I got home for the night I could barley walk on that leg. I sat down and ate some dinner with my wife then went and got in a extended meditation. Sitting in a chair, a half lotus was not happening with me knee, I got a pretty good meditation in an manage to collect a fair amount of energy. afterwards went and join my wife in the living room, laid down on the couch and propped knee up with some pillows and put a bag of ice on it. She was watching TV and was going to catch up on the HBI Navigator Site when I decided to applied what is taught on The Art of Healing: White Fire module. It is one of the new modules that I have been listen to this week as part of my Star Reach program.
I laid my head back and started to feel the difference between my good knee and the one that was hurting. Getting a feel for the blue print of what a health knee feels like. I then focused the feeling of the healthy knee on to the one that was hurting. All the same time visualizing what a health knee looks like in my head. I am sure that it helps I am pretty familiar with human anatomy. After awhile I started to feel a faint tingling sensation in my knee. The tingling got stronger and stronger the longer I held on to the intent. It soon turned into a sort of throbbing that extended up and down my leg from the knee. It kind of got a little too intense for me after that and started to hurt so I backed off and let the sensations fade away. I continued to ice it on and off for the rest of the evening not getting up off the couch. Time to head for bed so stood up off the couch and tested my weight a little bit to see how it felt. It was still a little tender but much improved. I managed to get down the hall a little way when a loud pop came from my knee. It didn't hurt or anything but it froze me in my tracks. My wife comes out to make sure I was okay. Yes it was loud enough for her to hear from the bathroom a little further down the hall. I picked up my leg and flexed my knee a few times. Nothing! It felt great! I crawled into bed and had a undisturbed night of sleep! As expected it was still a little sore this morning when I got up but it felt a hundred time better then it did the previous morning. I have been walking without even a limp today. So I am going to give it another session of treatment tonight to send the last bit a inflamtion running and be back to my old self in no time at all.

Fall Withdrawl
and the.....
Another good place for information on energy movement is Robert Bruce. His NEW Energy Ways is free to read off his website and goes into great depths explaining and the energy pathways in the body as well as a technique on getting energy to move freely through them. I have used his methods for a couple of years and have found them very beneficial. So it is time to dig those modules back out and give them another listen and start using some of Robert Bruce's energy movements again. I'll let you know how it all works out.
Namaste,
Chris
